Daily Affirmation To Stand In The Shadow Of The Cross During Man's Inhumanity To Man

Today, I affirm before God..

As difficult as it is for me to do, as impossible as it may seem for me to do, I shall stand in the shadow of the cross when I see man's inhumanity to man…then I shall do all I can to stop those inhumane acts. After I have done all I can to stop those inhumane acts, I shall try to love, to live in peace, and to forgive those who exhibit inhumane behaviors.
