Daily Affirmation To Stop Worry And Begin Action

Today, I affirm before God..

When I worry, I shall control as much as I can and trust God to take care of those things I cannot control.

When I worry and I am filled with the turmoil of worry, I shall remember Christ is the source of all peace and in Him I can always have peace.

When I worry and worry churns away in my heart and soul, I shall find the inner peace of God who is within me.

When I start to worry, I shall wait just a moment, I shall sit down with Christ for just a moment, and I shall tell Him my worries. Then, I shall listen for His sure answer about being at peace in all things and at all times.
