If you heard God speak, wouldn't He say these words of love?

(For a love for others)

Precious child of mine…

Look to me.

Let me be with you today.

Let me be with you and I will help you be unselfish.

When you are alone, I will give you a heart to think about others.

When you are with others, I will give you a heart to forget about yourself.

When you are with others, I will give you a heart to reach out to them.

When you are pain, I will push the pain aside so you may be consumed by the needs and hurts of others.

Be my child and I will inspire you to be a beacon of your friends, family, and all the people you know.

I will give you a heart to make new friends regardless of who they are.

I will enable you to meet others who are very different from you.

I will enable you to love people as they are, where they are.

I will help you to trust others even when you might be hurt by them.

I will help you never hold a grudge or be resentful because of what others have done.

I will remind you every day to do what I did in healing and loving others.

I will help you be a healing force by pushing your wants and needs aside.

I will help you sacrifice yourself for others as I sacrificed myself for you.
