If you heard God speak, wouldn't He say these words of love?

Precious child of mine…

In this time of your great need, I am placing my sheltering arms around you.

In this hour of great tribulation upon your soul, I am placing my love over you, under you, around you, and all those you love.

Trust in me and I will place my hand upon you.

Trust in me and I will place my hand upon the life of your family, friends, and nation.

Be with me and I will not let you slip away into selfishness or let you ever forget my sacrifice for you.

Be with me and I will not let your heart melt within you.

Be with me and I will wipe away every tear from your eyes as you move forward in my will each day.

When new ways of being and feeling have erased your heart, I will give you back my old ways of being and feeling.

When you falter and do things not of my will, I will place upon you my burdens and I will give you a vision of my cross so divine.

In ways you may not fully understand, I will help you carry your burdens with dignity and good cheer.

Open your heart to me and I will help you see my great suffering.

In my suffering I will give to you new life, new hope, and new being.

Do not look back over your shoulder at yesterday and I will give you shelter in me.

Do not look back so you may move forward with joy and gladness in your heart.

Be with me and I will pour out my mighty love and spirit into your heart.

I will give you power to be my witness wherever you are.
