(For The Ability To Handle The Small Things Of Life…)

I use the small things of life to give you a little reminder of my presence.

When you are caught up in your selfish life, I will show you there is always another person who needs you.

When you are depressed about how life is playing out on this field of battle, I will show you the destiny of your soul.

I will show you, for sometimes you cannot see me or hear my voice.

I will show you, for your faith grows weak and you hang on to me only by a thread of my garment.

When things do no work out as you want, I will show you all things work out for my glory if you are willing to do my will.

When others slander you, I will show you the way of my cross is a way of pain.

When you are tired and weary, I will show you how a glorious heavenly life waits for you.

When you make your plans, I will remind you to make only plans glorifying me.

When you build your castles in the air, I will remind you I hold the air in the palm of my hand.

When you want others to see you and notice you, I will remind you no one can see you, notice you, or know you like me.

When you are alone in your pain, I will remind you how you are never alone.

When you cannot see past the torment of the present moment, fall down at the foot of my Cross.

When the small and petty things of life seem to run you ragged, I will show you the big picture about how I surrendered up my life on the Cross for you.
