About being a kid again in Christ�

2 Corinthians 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. (NIV)

Many of us feel old. Even when we are young, the trials and burdens of our life can make us feel ancient. However, in Christ, because of His love and continual infusion of hope within us, we are made young each day. All of us can feel like a kid again with Christ continually showing us how our time of eternal youth is just ahead. Our eternal youth is the real youth. Our eternal youth will be a time when we have no more cares, worries, or trials. We will indeed "run and not grow weary." In the present time, our thoughts about our eternal youth just ahead and our being forgiven of all our sins makes us young again in His spirit, love, and grace. Even when we grow old in the body, even when our body aches with age, our heart is continually made new each day when we live in the joy and happiness of knowing Christ as our personal friend. In this life, when our reality bites us with its cares and worries making our body and soul age, we can call upon Christ. He will renew us and make our heart young day by day.
