A Daily Devotional

Learning some of the hard lessons of life is not always a pleasant experience. However, if we are willing to be taught, these hard lessons of life will bless us today and tomorrow. Being an A+ student of God has requirements. One of the requirements of being an A+ student of God is you must go to His class. You must read His book. You must interact with Him in prayer. To get an A+ in your learning process with God you must seriously think about your lessons given by your Teacher. Your attendance at group functions (some call this activity �church�) is required. Other requirements for getting an A+ with God include coming to a place in your life where you love the Lord with all your heart, all of your mind, and all your soul. To get the full benefit from each of His lessons you must learn to respect Him and serve Him. In all ways, you must let Him be the Master Teacher. Jesus was called a teacher or Rabbi by those who followed Him before He died on the cross for each of us. Part of being an A+ student of God requires knowing and appreciating what your Master Teacher has done for you. When you interact with your Teacher, you come closer to fully understanding all He wants you to know by counting your blessings one by one. A requirement for getting an A+ is a thankful heart. A thankful heart remembers and appreciates how the Lord has been a constant source of help, power, and wisdom in every circumstance of life.
