About being one with God's glory:

2 Corinthians 3:18 And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the spirit.

You can be at one with God. You can be in the glory of the Lord. You can be one in the love and spirit we call God. When you are one with God, when you walk with God and when you talk with God in your innermost being, then your oneness with God will show up in your life. When you are one with God, then you will feel different. When you open yourself to the glory of God, then you will become radiant. God's glory beaming from within your heart will make a difference in you and in your life. God's glory beaming from within your heart will transform you. To be transformed in Christ's love and glory you must surrender all. You must surrender all of who you are, surrender all of what you think, surrender all of what you feel, surrender all of your spirit, surrender all of your heart, and surrender all of your soul up to Him. When you surrender all of who you are in utmost humility, the glory of God comes into you and you are no longer who you were in the past.
