A Christmas Daily Devotional About letting the infinite love of Christ at Christmas touch your life Psalms 90:2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God. (NIV) When Christ came into the world His infinite love came with Him. Christ brought His infinite power of love with HimHis infinite power of love He used to heal, restore, make whole, and save. The magnitude of Christmas, although lost by some people, continues with us in the Christian world because Christ did not use His power of love to conquer or enslave. The love of Christ upon your life is not a power He uses to control you. The love of Christ upon your life at Christmas is the touch of Christ's infinite love and presence. When you give a physical gift or a spiritual gift, the gift carries Christ's infinite love. To more fully give Christ's infinite gift of love, we need to open our life to His touch. At Christmas, we can more easily sense the infinite love of God but we cannot fully know what His infinity fully means. We do know He loves us in the deepest, most personal way. In His infinite love, Christ came to us to save us and let us know we are not alone in the world. |
