About Christ and His gift of hope�

1 Peter 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, (NIV)

When Christ was born, He brought you the hope of the world because He was the hope of the world. When you seek hope in this life, when you use all of your reason and intellect to find hope for living each day, you need look no further than the Lord's son laying in a manger. No matter how dark things might be for you now or in the future, our Lord is the hope you need. All things and people pass away, but you can live forever. The hope of Christ is the hope of eternal life. The hope of Christ is the end of eternal darkness. The hope of Christ is an everlasting gift of love all around you. Just as light filled the place where Jesus was born on the first Christmas night long ago, the hope of Christ enlightens your life.

In the ages of the earth, we have a God who came to us as a tiny babe who endures for all time. He was born in the lowest of conditions to give us hope for the highest. He was born in poverty to give us hope for a life in eternity abounding in the riches of His love.
