A Daily Devotional About how Christ is faithful and
holds your hopes and dreams: Hebrews 2:8 . 9 But we see Jesus,
who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor
because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for
everyone. (NIV) Your life may not seem like it now, but Jesus is such a faithful friend He holds all your godly hopes and dreams in His heart. He wants all your hopes and dreams to come true within His will and within His love. Even when your hopes and dreams are not godly, Jesus stands by you and will never back away. In every circumstance, He wants to become totally connected with you. In every pain, in every hurt, in every adversity separating you from Him, Christ stands next to you and reaches out His hand to you. Christ emptied Himself out on the Cross for you. Now He seeks an eternal connection to your heart and life. In your relationship with Him, Jesus does not have any selfish interest. Jesus wants only what is the very best for you. Christ has made a commitment to you He will never break. Christ gave His life for you. Christ will stay close to you all of your days. Christ is your faithful friend. Will you be a faithful friend to Him? |
