A Daily Devotional This Devotional Is Related To Dependency And Co-dependency Issues. Rules Of Godly Common Sense Apply. About ignoring problems or pretending problems do not exist… Psalms 86:12 I will praise you, O Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever. (NIV) All of us would rather not see the bad things in life. How we handle what the darkness throws at us determines whether we live in victory or live in defeat. Many times, we can ignore problems or pretend problems do not exist…at our peril. As Christians, we must remember Christ is with us at all times. Even when we think He is not with us, He lives within us. When we have problems needing our attention, God's will is for us to take care of the issues at hand. When we ignore problems or pretend problems do not exist, things can only get worse. We must all realize we have power over our problems because we have Christ with us. When we ignore our problems, we never have an opportunity to look for solutions. When we face our problems in honesty and truth, we always have an opportunity to look for solutions. Christ expects you to use all of your resources, power, and energy to glorify Him in all you do. One of the greatest ways you can glorify God is to tackle problems and solve them in a godly fashion. When you walk every hour with Christ, His power in you can enable you to see problems as opportunities rather than as hindrances. |
