(NIV) In your troubled times, your soul can often be full of worry, doubt, and frustration. Your soul is the province of God. When there is upset, Christ's healing hands and healing power are ready to be placed upon you. Christ Jesus is ready to smooth over every upset. In your heart, you know you can trust Him. In Christ, no matter how difficult this time may be, you can find rest in Him. Christ is above all matters. Christ gives you a peace and love passing all understanding. Although God's ways are mysterious, they are also very real. In the troubles and trials of this very hour, Christ is standing beside you giving you words of encouragement and love everlasting. At the foot of His Cross, your troubles melt away in your redeeming sorrow. At the foot of His Cross, His cleansing blood takes away your sin and takes away all thoughts of yourself. In this time of upset, you can find a new heart and a new soul because of Him. |
