A Daily Devotional When you can't get to church: Psalms 96:9 Worship the LORD in the
splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth (NIV) Many of us may have
limitations possibly keeping us from joining or participating in a faith
community. No matter how much we might want to be a part of a church, sometimes
there are limitations to where we can go and how we get there. In these times of
limitations, remember to pray. God hears you not only in the sanctuary, but also
in the confines of your present circumstance. When you are limited in your
mobility or in your choices, remember to trust the Lord with all matters. When
you trust God, He will be with you forever and ever. When you cannot be a part
of a church, remember to keep believing. Keep believing because your belief
stirs the heart of God. Your faith brings blessings uncountable to those who
need Him the most. Remember, in every circumstance keep hope. In the wellspring
of your soul, keep your hope alive and dream of His welcoming arms in Heaven.
Remember to cherish Him and adore Him, for Christ is not the destroyer of your
life. Christ is the redeemer and restorer. |
