A Daily Devotional About your healing spirit for others… Matthew 5:3 "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. (NIV) At one time or another, all of us have a spirit in need of healing. However, when we begin to see how much others need us to send them waves of healing love in Christ's spirit, we put all other things aside and we subdue the darkness in others by giving them the Lord's light and love. When we are suffering from a broken spirit, we must humble ourselves before Christ. Then, in His power, we are to reach out to the hurting, lost, and broken in their hour of need. When we put the healing needs of others before our own needs, God sees us and blesses our spirit in uncountable ways. Others need your healing spirit more than you could ever know. You may not see their need because of your own need. However, if you put your own needs aside, you will see how much you are needed by others. God's will for us is to do His will by giving away or touching others with our healing spirit. |
