About feeling harried and pressured all the time�

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. (NIV)

God gives every person the power to make choices. For many people, available choices are not always the best choices. When persons feel harried and pressured because they feel they have no choices, God is not blessed and neither is the person who is harried and pressured. We find God in the calm and serene moments of our life. We do not find God when we are harried and pressured regardless of the source of the pressure.

Much of the time, feeling harried and pressured can be stopped by merely spending a few moments in prayer and meditation with our Lord. Finding peace in Christ is not just an outcome we should expect in our relationship with Him�finding peace in Christ should be one of our daily goals with Him.
