About when God says "No" with
compassion:
Psalm 86:15 But you, O Lord, are a
compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and
faithfulness. (NIV)
When God says "No" to us, He says the negative word with compassion. God knows what breaks our heart, but God does not break our heart on purpose. When the "No" word comes from God, we must remember God loves us, no matter what answer He gives us. Every time God says the "No" word to us, He puts His arm around us and comforts us. The Lord's compassion is unending. His compassion is without limits. When the Lord gives you His negative answer, God feels the hurt you feel. However, in God, there is His ultimate plan, His ultimate purpose, and His ultimate hope. When you believe God has abandoned you and left you alone, He is still with you. When God tells you "No" or He gives you no answer at all, God is still beside you and within you giving His love, comfort, and peace.
