About Gods Promise Of Spiritual Fullness
John 6:35 Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty." (NIV)
What a wonderful promise Jesus has made. Notice how Jesus explicitly tells you how you must collect on the promise. Jesus says you must "come to me" to collect. If you go to Christ to collect, then He will feed you spiritual manna and give you living water. This matter of going to Christ is a big hurdle for some people. Going to Christ requires you turn your back upon the world. Going to Christ means you must reject and renounce your human errors. Going to Christ means you must renounce the darkness of your heart the darkness called sin. Going to Christ means you must want to earnestly change from being a person who always thinks of yourself. Instead, you must put Christ and others first. When you go to Christ, He will never leave you hungry or thirsty. This does not mean He will take away your every pain or change the world to make you happy. What going to Christ does mean is He will fill your soul so you can live in the world and be one of His winning children who lives a winning life.
