1 Thessalonians 1:3 We continually remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Every generation in every age faces times of financial prosperity and financial downturns. At this writing, from numerous financial indicators, a prosperous future for the world's economy and most citizens of the world is threatened and could remain threatened for some time to come. In all of our lives, even in times of financial prosperity, there is pain and suffering. Even the financially richest persons on earth will get old, infirm, feeble, and die..if they are fortunate. What a grim picture! But wait! Even in an economic depression, we can have moments of joy. Even in times of physical pain and suffering, we can have moments free of worry. All of us can have a prosperous future if we accept Christ as our Savior. In Christ, we have an unlimited future full of wealth greater than any material wealth on earth. In Christ, we have joy no one can purchase with gold or silver. In Christ, we have a blessed assurance of an infinite future full of infinite love no one can purchase with any kind of financial wealth or power. In Christ, we have an infinite future full of His prosperity.
