Topic: How Christ Relates To Our Spirit

In the physical, we pay a physical price for being alive. In the spiritual, Christ paid the price for us. Between the physical part of our life and the spiritual part of our life there is a wide space filled only by faith. For some people there is no wide space because their faith is strong, their physical life is not demanding, and for these people, their spirit and physical nature are as one. For others who are filled with doubt, skepticism, physical pain or all three, there seems to be no way to bridge the gap between the physical and the spiritual. However, Christ came into the world to build for us a bridge between where we are in the physical world and where God wants us to be in the spiritual world. Christ built a bridge to Heaven for us by suffering and dying the most horrible of deaths on the cross. The bridge built for us by Christ is how Christ relates to our spirit.
