Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I could not find you.
I sought to find you in every place and in every idea of mankind.
In your sacred scriptures you gave to the Israelites, I found your laws and commands yet I was still not free.
In your sacred scriptures you gave to the Israelites, I found your eternal wisdom yet I was still bound over to die.
In your love for me, you sent your Holy Spirit to open my eyes, open my heart, and open my mind.
When I was hopeless, you came to me and you pointed out the way to your cross.
I read about your suffering for me.
I read about your giving up your spirit for me.
I read about how the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom and at that moment I and all others gained access to you just as if we were to be given access into the holy of holies in the tent of meeting.
By your blood, I and all others have the confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by your blood shed for us.
Turn me ever toward you when the powers of this world try to strike me down.
Draw me near to you and remind me how much you love me.
Remind me how you have sprinkled my heart with your love and cleansed my conscience.
Fill my heart with the confidence and assurance of faith in you.
In your love I have received your mercy.
In your love I have received your grace.
In your love I see how you were the atonement for my sins.
In your love I see how your sacrifice made us one in the bond of love forever.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
