Prayer About Feeling Terribly Anxious About Problems And People

Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
When I am overly anxious about problems and people, give me the faith to call upon you as I reach out to your cross.
When my mind is overcome with anxiety, help me find the power to touch your nail-scarred hand reaching out to help me.
When I lose track of who I am because I am full of anxiety about people and problems, please give me the knowledge you are with me every moment, giving me the courage to face my needless anxiety.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
