A Prayer To See Christ's Fields Ready For The Harvest

Precious Lord, Wonderful Savior, Gracious Heavenly Father,
Open my eyes and break open my heart for the multitudes across the world.
Show me the tragedies of those who do not know you and who are lost in darkness and sin.
Show me the masses of humanity fallen down in the sin of the world who still yearn to hear your voice.
Show me the hunger in their eyes, even when they scorn your name.
Show me the hurt in their heart, even when they use your name in vane.
Show me how empty their life is without you.
Show me how they are lost like sheep without a shepherd.
When I see the lost ones, help me be kind, caring, and loving toward them.
Guide my words and actions so I may be a witness to your love.
When I might want to only use words to reach those who are lost, remind me to use both words and actions to show them they are loved.
When I am intimidated or I am afraid to be with them, reduce me down and humble me.
Show me I am no better than they.
Show me I am like them and we are all children of God.
When they do what I detest in your name, let me not turn away, but give me patience and love.
When they do things I detest, let me keep my tongue silent and show them I love them no matter who they are or how they act.
When they attack me and persecute me because I have accepted you into my life, let me not strike back but let me show only your mercy, your love, and your forgiveness.
I love you, O Lord.
I adore you, Precious One.
All these things I humbly pray.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who lives within me and touches me, Amen
