A Prayer Of Praise For God's Hand In Action
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God,
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
There are deep questions I have about you but I shall wait in patience
until I see you face to face to find your answers.
I give you praise today, for even in your mystery, there is one thing I
know about you.
What I know about you is you stand by me all the days of my life.
You always do for me what I need done.
I give you praise today.
Precious Lord, you know my every need.
In faith, I trust you to be working for me even when I cannot see you.
In faith, I trust you are sending your angels to protect all those I pray
for each day.
In faith, I trust you are arranging all things in my life so you will be
glorified.
In faith, I trust you are working every second to help me fill my heart,
mind, and soul with only thoughts, words, and actions to glorify you.
When I think I know what I need in my life, remind me to turn to you
before I rely upon what I want and need.
For you know, O Lord, I sometimes know nothing about what I need.
I give you praise for sheltering me, from the darkness surely devouring me
if I do not try to seek your face each day.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely. Amen |
