A Prayer To Keep God Ever-present

Precious Lord Jesus, Wonderful Holy Spirit, Awesome God,
I love you, Lord Jesus.
Precious Lord,
Wonderful Savior,
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
O Wonderful All in All,
Be not far from my heart today.
When I am pulled apart by so many distractions of life,
Let me be your humble child attuned to your power of love.
When I think I cannot find you, show me your simple love.
When I think I have lost you, show me the laughter coming from your joy.
When I think I need to find you again, show me how simple it is to know I already have you.
Let me be simple in my heart when I seek you.
Let me be simple in my wisdom, truth, and searching for your touch.
Let whatever separation exists between us be made small and be quickly bridged by your love.
Show me when I think you are not with me I am not far from you.
Show me when I cannot find you I am the one who is lost.
Show me when I think I have lost you I can find you again as you are already living within my heart and soul.
I praise your name, for you are always with me.
I praise your name, for you are present in your holy word and present in my life each minute.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
