A Prayer About Knowing And Not Knowing
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I think I know you.
Then I realize I know little about you because you are infinite.
When I open my heart and mind to you, I realize what is most important is
that I always know and remember you love me, you love others, and you love
the world.
No matter how little I know about you, always help me know you died for me
on the cross.
No matter how little I know about you, always help me know you are Lord
Almighty and you are indeed all mighty.
No matter how little I know about you, always help me know your healing
love pours over me every minute.
No matter how little I know about you, always help me have the wisdom
leading me to stay with you as your humble child.
No matter how little I know about you, always help me to trust you, to
believe in you, and to never demand my own way.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for loving me before I loved you.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely. Amen
