A Prayer About Living A Life Of Value

Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
In your love and grace, help me spend more time listening to the old ones
around me.
Help me spend more time with the old ones so I can gain their wisdom and
so I can try and ease their burdens.
In your love and grace, help me spend more time and effort giving more
kindness and thoughtfulness to those who are alone and lonely.
In your love and grace, help me be present more in thought and in person
with the lonely because I understand all persons are truly alone in the
world.
In your love and grace, help me always, always, always subdue my anger
with others and reach out to them in peace and love rather than hurling
anger, hate, and violence at them.
In your love and grace, help me understand how the more peace and love I
give away, the more peace and love exist in my world.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit
who lives within me and touches me,
