A Prayer About Living By Faith With Failing Vision

Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
My earthly vision is not perfect.
My spiritual vision, the vision I use to see you and know you, sometimes fails me too.
In my blindness, I stumble and fall.
In my blindness, I have made many mistakes.
Please forgive me, Lord Jesus.
I did not ever mean to be so blind.
Help me be humble enough to gain from my mistakes.
Help me be humble enough to bow down at the foot of your cross in my sorrow.
In your love and in your grace, restore my sight.
In my blindness, I ask for you to restore my sight because I know you can and will heal me.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who lives within me and touches me,
Amen
