A Prayer About Living, Moving, And Having Our
Being
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
When I look at the heavens you created, with all the twinkling stars, all
the galaxies, and all the solar systems beyond my ability to comprehend, I
realize I am no more than a tiny particle.
I also realize you made me and you live within me.
I realize when I look at the heavens at night I am your child.
No matter how big the universe might be, I was important enough to you
that you came to this planet Earth to give your life for me.
Each and every hour, let me live only for you.
When I want to move about in the world, help me move about as your child.
When I want to be a certain kind of person, help me to be the kind of
person you want me to be.
Precious Lord Jesus, may I live each day in your peace and love.
According to your will and according to your love, may my heart, soul, and
life be immersed in your living water from which all of us live, move, and
have our being.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely. Amen |
