A Prayer About Love Rippling Out To Others

Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
Rather than anger in my heart, place your love.
When others do things to make me angry, let me forgive and show love.
When irritations pile up and I want to explode in anger, let me turn to you and reach out to you in love.
During the day, help me show love, the love flowing directly from your heart of hearts.
Remind me love is full of the goodness of light.
Every hour, help me choose love rather than anger.
Every hour, help me choose love bringing joy to others.
Every hour, help me choose love, the same love that can change the world.
Every hour, help me choose to send out the substance of Yourself.
Remind me how you first loved me, a sinner, before I ever loved you.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who lives within me and touches me,
Amen
