A Prayer To Make Peace With God

Most Precious Lord Jesus�
Gentle And Wonderful God�
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit�
I am sorry for what I have done and for who I was.
I have spent all my days either trying to avoid you or going against you.
I have heard about how you died for me but I just either didn't believe this or I didn't care.
I was so caught up in myself and so caught up in what I wanted that hearing about how you died for me was of no real interest to me.
Things are not looking so good for me.
I only have a few hours left, if that much.
I am sorry for what I have done and for spending my whole life at war with you instead of spending my life at peace with you.
What a waste I made out of the time you gave me!

I am sorry I wasted all those years.
If only I could do things over again.
If only I could start over again.
Please forgive me.

I really mean it about being sorry.
I am not sure how to do this or say this, but I accept I am a sinner.
I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior.
I accept that He died for me on the cross.
