A Prayer About Reaching Out In Hopelessness
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And
Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
As much as I love you, there are those times when I am pulled under in
hopelessness.
When the dark moments of hopelessness overtake me, remind me to reach out
to help others.
At the very worst times of my life, when reaching out to help others is
the most difficult thing in the world to do, touch me and inspire me to
reach out to help others.
In my darkest hours, remind me in your love I am to bring your light and
love into the world of those I touch each day.
Let me reach out to others to show them your love. Through your love show
others there is hope to change, hope to improve, and hope to get better.
Let me reach out to help others and show them there is a light in the
darkness, there is a hand of forgiveness for the burdens they bear, and
there is a mountain of hope in the emptiness of their hopelessness.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
