A Prayer To Resist Overeating

Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
I know the darkness wants to destroy me by making me overeat all the time.
Let your light of love give me the power to resist overeating at all times.
Turn my will into a will seeking your power of victory over my darkness of overeating.
Every time I go to eat, give me your power to only eat in moderation.
Every time I go to eat, help me see eating in moderation is a time of victory for you and for me.
May every choice I make be made to glorify you, my precious Lord Jesus.
In your name, I proclaim victory over my temptation to overeat.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
