A Prayer About Soaking Up The Invisible
Peace Of God
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God,
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
From you I have all peace.
From you I have peace in ways I do not understand.
From you I have the turmoil of my life replaced by your calm.
From you I have the upset of every day replaced by your tranquility.
May I never let life happen as if I was helpless.
Instead, may I find your peace by always doing all in my power to control
who I am and what I am to glorify you, no matter what life may bring my
way.
May I never let life become what I do not want life to become.
Instead, may I always build, grow, and take control over every trial and
every adversity so you may be glorified.
May your will always be done rather than my will being done.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
