A Prayer For Strength Through Weakness

Precious Lord Jesus, Wonderful Holy Spirit, Awesome God,
Wonderful Lord Jesus.
Precious One who created the world.
What a blessing you are to me.
Without you in my life, there is nothing.
I shake and tremble for reasons I do not know.
I cannot easily stand or walk.
I am tormented to the point of falling down.
My strength is gone and I am feeble.
Yet, there is a power within me.
The power within me is your love, grace, compassion, and mercy.
In spite of my weaknesses, having you and your gifts within me is enough.
Even when I cannot go where I want, I am still with you.
Even when I cannot do as I want, I can do your will.
Even when I cannot achieve what I want, I can achieve your mission for my life.
Even when I cannot have the worldly things of life, I can possess your heavenly things, for you are with me.
Because of you, within my weakness, there is strength.
Because of you, within my emptiness, there is fullness.
Because of you, within my frustration, there is joy.
Thank you, wonderful Lord Jesus, for being a part of me.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of our most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen.
