A Prayer About Talking To God When You Are Afraid

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Precious Lord, I am afraid.
It seems I am paralyzed because I am so afraid.
I can't think.
I can't act.
I can't feel anything except the fear.
I don't know how to get rid of the fear.
I know I need to go ahead and do what it is I am afraid of doing.
In the past, when I have been afraid, I finally realized I had nothing to be fear.
Although I can look back and see my fears were groundless, I am still afraid.
Today, please help me have courage and push ahead to do what it is I am afraid of doing.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
