A Prayer About Talking To God When You Have Suffered A Loss

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I know you hold me in the palm of your hand, but I am doubled over in my pain of loss.
I know you are the source of all wisdom, but I don't know why things have happened like they have and I need wisdom.
I know you do not inflict pain or suffering, but I am suffering today.
Please help me.
I know you are with me, even when I hurt like this.
I know you are watching over me, even in the times of my distress and pain.
I know you are listening to me speak to you, even when I wonder if you exist.
I know you are caring about me, no matter what I am going though.
Lord, I don't have much faith right now.
I don't have much of anything in me right now except my grief.
Thank you for giving me this time to be with you.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
