Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
May I only do what is honorable and just before you.

As fools are put to shame, help me draw upon your unfathomable wisdom.
As fools are put to shame, help me be measured in all I say, do, and think.
Open the listening ear of my heart.
Speak to me so I gain understanding.
Teach me about what I see each day.
Teach me about your mysteries and your self-evident truth.
Make my soul avoid the bread of wickedness.
Make my heart avoid the wine of violence.
May your light fill all of my dark moments with the full light of your power.
Help me walk the path of righteousness, the righteousness filling my life with your light and love.
Expose the darkness of the wicked.
Expose the darkness of all things to your light of truth.
In all my trials fighting against the dark powers of my life, remind me every hour I have overcome the world because you who is me is greater than the one who is in the world.
As your child I listen to you and I hear your voice.
As your child I recognize the Spirit and you are the Spirit.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
