Prayer No. 1 To Hear God Say "I Love You"

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit, Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I have always wanted to hear your voice.
I have always wanted to hear your voice roll like thunder across the sky.
But I know your voice is not always like thunder, because I know in my heart your voice is not always something I can hear with my ears.
In whatever way you can and in whatever way you will, speak to my heart now.
I need to hear you tell me you love me.
I need to hear you tell me how much you care.
I need to hear these words from you because of the many trials in my life.
I need to hear these words from you because of the great pain in which I am now caught.
So turn my heart away from the world and turn my heart toward you.
In your name and in your grace, may my heart be fully broken open so your love may be poured in, so your love may heal me, restore me, mend me, and comfort me in my many sorrows.
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I will always love you, even if I am never able to hear you say to me that you love me back.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
