Prayer No. 4 To Hear God Say "I Love You"

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit, Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Precious Lord, I have gone deaf to you.
I did not want this to happen.
I do not know for sure what happened.
I know I probably should not say this but it is as if you died in me.
We used to walk and talk together every day.
I used to hear you tell me how much you love me.
What must I do now to find you again?
Where must I go to hear your voice again?
Please forgive me for what has happened.
I did not mean for us to be separate and apart.
Things have gotten so chaotic in my life.
Everything seems to be coming apart at the seams.
I know for sure I have gone my own way instead of going your way.
I know I have sinned and gone against your will.
Please forgive me.
I am sorry.
I will try to do better.
According to your will, open my heart up to you and to your love.
Help me fully understand again my terrible act of crucifying Christ on the cross.
Help me fully understand again your grace, understand again your consuming, wonderful, life-changing grace in love that forgives and erases all I have ever said, thought, or done.
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I will always love you, even if I am never able to hear you say to me that you love me back.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
