Prayer About Turning To Christ When You Get Overly Upset
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And
Ever-present Holy Spirit, Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
When I get overly upset, turn my heart and mind toward you so I do not
continue to live for myself.
When I get overly upset, inspire me to be more concerned about how I live
for you rather than being overly upset about the matters of my life.
When I experience great upset over what other people do, inspire me to
keep my eyes focused upon what you want me to do and to be.
Keep my eyes focused only upon what you want from me.
When I am in turmoil because of others, inspire me to think more about
what you want me to be for others.
Inspire me to want a better life for the others around me rather than
getting overly upset over what they do or say.
When I want to run away from the truth, help me face and tell the truth to
myself and to you.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
