A Prayer About When God's Love Does Not Erase A Memory

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I know your love can do many miracles.
I am at a time in my life when your love has not brought me the miracle of erasing the memories I want and need erased.
Although your love has not erased the memories I want and need erased, your love places my heart and mind at ease when the memory comes to me.
When I remember a time or an event I want erased, may your healing love bring me peace when I remember.
As I recall the facts of the past, may your love surround me, enfold me, and envelop me so all the sting and hurt of my past is gone.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
