A Prayer About Worry And Inaction
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God,
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
When I worry, send me into action to control as much as I can and trust
you to take care of those things I cannot control.
When I worry, send me into action so my heart will not be filled with the
turmoil of worry and remind me you are the source of all peace.
When I worry, send me into action so when worry churns away in my heart
and soul, I can then find your inner peace now residing within me.
When I worry, send me into action so when I worry the worry possessing my
heart and mind will be dispelled in your name and in your love.
When I worry, send me into action so when I worry I will wait just a
moment, sit down with you for just a moment, and tell you my worries.
When I worry, send me into action so when I worry I will pause for just a
moment and listen for your sure answer about being at peace in all things
and at all times.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
