Topic: The Mind, Body, Soul Connection

The body, mind, and soul remain in tact and connected as long as we are alive. What we must remember is each of these three parts of us is critically important to the other two parts. We must take care of each of these three parts individually to make sure our life is whole and healthy. When the body does not work properly or is in pain, the mind and soul can be adversely affected. Our body can be made to run at peak efficiency through exercise, optimal health care and nutrition, and attention to what our body is telling us if our body gets sick, worn out, or run down. We must keep our mind in proper working order by praying, meditating, and using mental exercises to keep us alert and thinking young. Our soul must also be kept in proper working order by a deep and abiding faith in God.
