Topic: Trauma And Our Need For Support The victim of any kind of trauma needs support, maybe for the rest of a person's life. If we experience trauma, deluding ourselves into thinking everything is fine when everything is not fine. The important point here is getting the support. We can never be emotionally healthy enough in normal times even when we have never experienced trauma. When we have to go through trauma, we need help even more than we would need help in normal times as if we had never experienced the trauma in the first place. The point is, if one has trauma, one should get help and support.
