Topic: Why We Need To Forgive When you forgive others you release the poison of hate and pain within you. To forgive, learn to see the offenders as the needy persons they are. Learn to see them as needing God's love. Look at how different they would be if they had been loved. If possible, show them love, understanding, and kindness. However, do not excuse hurtful behavior. Do not become spineless. Forgive others so they will feel their own guilt and learn from their guilt.
