A Prayer About Continuing In Christ
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God,
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
In your power, in spite of obstacles, I shall overcome these obstacles and
I shall continue on.
In your power, in spite of setbacks, I shall not falter and I shall
continue on.
In your power, in spite of temptations, I shall resist and continue on.
In your power, in spite of diversions, I shall maintain my focus and
continue on.
In your power, I shall not stop doing your will, I shall not relent from
doing your will, and I shall not give up doing your will.
In your power, there is the power of momentum carrying me onward toward
your mission for my life.
In your power, as I keep doing your will hour by hour and day by day, I
shall remain confident so when we see each other face to face I shall be
filled with your love and joy.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
