A Prayer About Following God's Commands
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God,
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
I love you, Lord.
I love you, Christ Jesus.
I love you, Holy Spirit.
I shall do all I can and then do more to carry out your commands.
I shall exert myself to do your commands knowing your commands are not
burdensome.
I also know doing your commands brings blessings uncountable into my life.
When I first believed, I stopped wanting to do sinful things.
Upon my new birth, in your arms, I am kept safe even when the evil one
tries to harm me.
I know I am your child.
I know the whole world is under the control of the evil one but you are
the Rock in whom I can hide for protection when the evil one comes to
attack me.
You came to earth to give all of us the truth.
In you we see the truth, in you we know the truth, and in you we so very
much want to live out the truth.
Keep me from the idols of this world by helping me keep my eyes only upon
you.
Keep me praying every day for my prayer list grows ever longer and the
needs grow every hour.
Keep me in your love and grace so I can be a true child of yours.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
