A Prayer For Humility Before God and Others

Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
Lord, you know all about me.
In your mysterious ways, many which I do not understand, I know you reach out to me to guide me, direct me, encourage me, and inspire me.
In humility, I want to tell you how much I love you.
Help me to be a simple and humble person.
In humility, help me show others how much you love them.
My need for your touch of humility is never ending.
When I see others make mistakes and head off in wrong directions, please direct me to your way.
When I correct others because I think I know more than they do, show me how I must be patient, and in some cases, let others make mistakes so they will grow in wisdom, truth, and love.
When I want to stop others from making mistakes, touch my heart so I would be humble.
Whatever your will is for me at any moment, let your love humble me and shape me so others will be touched by your love within me.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who lives within me and touches me,
