A Prayer For The Lord's Touch
O, most wonderful and gracious Lord, it is you who touched me and formed
me.
It is you, mighty God, who knew me before I was created.
In you and through your touch, I have my being.
Through you, Precious Lord, I have life.
Through you, Precious Lord, all people have life.
It is because of your touch of love upon my heart I know I shall see you
face to face some great day.
Touch me now in my hour of need.
Touch the heart of every person on earth.
Touch all the people of the world with your love.
Show all the people of the world once again how your love is boundless,
your care is infinite, your mercy is without end, and your compassion
knows no limit.
Touch me so I know I am truly resting in your arms.
Forgive me when I fail for I am so often blind and ignorant of your
presence.
These humble words I pray in the name of Jesus my Savior who is the Son of
Almighty God who died for me�so I might live forever in eternity with
Him.
